On 25 September we’ll be hosting our 8th Transforming Together event at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. We’re looking forward to welcoming colleagues from across central and local government to take part in a day of reflecting, sharing and learning.
Transforming Together is the latest in our series of events that provide valuable opportunities for colleagues to step back from the busy day job and gain further insight to help deliver successful transformation. By sharing knowledge across departments and drawing on the experience of colleagues from local government and the private sector, the event will celebrate the benefits of collaboration and cooperation.
Transformation, Collaboration, Innovation through People
During the day we’ll explore how we can continue to collaborate to transform government by giving people the tools, structures and capabilities they need.
We’ll share insights from recent research into people and culture in transformation programmes. We’ll talk about the size and scale of DVLA’s projects, looking at the cutting-edge technology used to deliver these projects. And we’ll explore how DVLA is growing the right people, skills and culture to enable their transformation.
We’ll make sure that we give colleagues the opportunity to spend time talking about the things that really matter to them, allocating time during the event for sessions that are defined by participants on the day itself.
There will be the opportunity to look forward and establish practical ways to improve how we identify common problems and collaborate more effectively across government to develop solutions that work for us all.
We hope to see many of you at Transforming Together.
